Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The product must be in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after the return is approved.
